Wine & specialties tasting at Boutiquehotel Stadthalle

On Monday, the 6^th of June we hosted a wine & specialties tasting in the beautiful garden of Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. In cooperation with La Salvia, a deli specializing on wines and delis from Italy (Friuli-Venetia-Giulia) and Slovenia (Istria), and some of the winemakers, a variety of biodynamic wines and unpasteurized cheese, olive oils and organic fish such as sea bass were tasted and enjoyed.

The presentations and explanations were interesting and made us enjoy the specialties even more. The event was very successful and enjoyable!
