Hiking in Vienna?

Allow us to give you a few examples: The nearest opportunity for you is the Kahlenberg, which is a great spot to go hiking and to enjoy the wonderful view over Vienna. To round up your day, you can go to one of the many “Heuriger” (Austrian wine tavern which serve their own wine) at the Kahlenbergdorf.

Hameau is another picturesque hiking track in the city which is especially nice for families and kids. A wonderful tip is also the Bisamberg, where you can enjoy more than 10 kilometres of most beautiful landscape and at the end you will get rewarded with a fantastic view over Vienna, the Marchfeld and the vineyards.

All families, who like to enjoy beautiful nature combined with little creeks, historic places and a paradise for the little ones should check out the Laaer Berg.
