Fleischmarkt

Fleischmarkt (Meat Market) is Vienna's queer event celebrating alternative, independent music and lifestyles. Dance to rock and electronic beats. You won't hear  gay classics like "I Will Survive" and "YMCA" here.

Kibbutz Klub

Unfortunately Kibbutz Klub only takes place irregularly: Produced by “QueerHebrews”, this night is open to everyone – gay, lesbian, trans, hetero, hipster, Jewish, non-Jewish, natives and immigrants alike. Audiences dance to Israeli music and Eurotrash.

Imperial Madness

Four or five times a year, Jacques Patriaque throws his Imperial Madness party in Vienna's Säulenhalle: the perfect combination of boylesque, burlesque, electronic music, often hosted by one of the contestants from the hit TV series, “RuPaul’s Drag Race”.

Wiener Freiheit

The party at Wiener Freiheit in the fifth district has raged on for over 25 years: this 1980s-style venue is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 9PM to 4AM.

“Männer auf Touren” isn’t a fixed group that you need to join, but an open platform for coordinating outdoor activities. Participation is free, although you must pay your own travel costs. Unless otherwise noted, events are open to gay men of all ages. Events labeled as “Junx auf Touren” are primarily intended for younger gay men, up to the mid-thirties.

This non-profit organization is an independent association run by volunteers. Despite this informal structure, it has managed to maintain continuity over many years, establishing “Standard Dances” for women in Vienna.
