The most beautiful way to arrive in Vienna for your vacation is via the Danube Cycle Route, which goes from Passau to Vienna along the banks of the Danube River and connects to the Klosterneuburg cycle path just outside Vienna. The Danube Cycle Route takes you through a varied landscape, is easy to navigate, and is highly suitable for a family cycling vacation.
When you arrive at the Boutiquehotel Stadthalle for the first time, you can park your bike in the hotel's own bicycle garage or ask about the City of Vienna while on a Bicycle City Tour. It only takes a few minutes to cycle to the city center. Fast, sure, yet leisurely enough to discover Vienna's many special features.
From Klosterneuburg, you can cycle through Nussdorf along the Danube; this path later leads to Spittelau via the Danube Canal cycle path. After passing the striking waste incineration plant designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser, you will find the entrance to the cycle path alongside the Gürtel highway, which encircles Vienna.
You can take this tree-lined route to Urban-Loritz-Platz. (Recognizable by the transparent membrane roofing over the square). Turn right into Hütteldorfer Strasse. The fourth street on the left is the Hackengasse where, 200 meters farther you, will find yourself directly in front of our hotel.
