Your wellbeing is our top priority
Today and always
That’s why we will always do all we can to ensure that you feel at ease when you stay with us. The past months have shown us once again to which degree some things are out of our control. Yes, there are things that are simply beyond our power. Everyone is facing their own unique set of challenges that impact our everyday lives. All the more reason to take our mission as host even more seriously. And to ensure that you avoid all unnecessary risks during your stay in Vienna, we have compiled an overview of everything you need to know and what we’re doing to protect our guests every day at the hotel. After all, our focus is on safety and your health is our top priority!
At our hotel, hygiene and wellbeing are best friends
We follow all recommendations given by the viennese government.
The mask requirement will cease on 16 April 2022. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, you are welcome to do so.
Our cancellation policy applies to your booking except there are further legal restrictions or quarantine regulations. Therefore we kindly advise you to stay up-to-date about possible travel restrictions from and to your home country.
There is the possibility of hand disinfection in all public areas. A FFP2 mask must still be worn in all public transport and in shops. Reception is partitioned off with a plexiglass wall, which allows us to ensure safe check-in and check-out procedures. All surfaces are regularly disinfected and all rooms are aired.
Our organic indulgence breakfast takes place in the usual manner. Please wait for a member of staff when you enter the breakfast room. You will be escorted to your table. Currently, we have positioned the tables with a minimum distance of one metre, which are thoroughly disinfected after each visit.
In conclusion we do have one request: Please treat each other with respect so that we may continue to travel. Therefore, we kindly ask everyone who stays with us to adhere to the current safety measures in place, i.e. observe social distancing and regularly and thoroughly wash your hands.
Should you have any suggestions or desires regarding this, please share them with our reception team at any time. We look forward to welcoming you!
