Your wellbeing is our top priority
Today and always
That’s why we will always do all we can to ensure that you feel at ease when you stay with us. The past months have shown us once again to which degree some things are out of our control. Yes, there are things that are simply beyond our power. Everyone is facing their own unique set of challenges that impact our everyday lives. All the more reason to take our mission as host even more seriously. And to ensure that you avoid all unnecessary risks during your stay in Vienna, we have compiled an overview of everything you need to know and what we’re doing to protect our guests every day at the hotel. After all, our focus is on safety and your health is our top priority!
At our hotel, hygiene and wellbeing are best friends
We follow all recommendations given by the Austrian government.
For your arrival the 2G rule applies (vaccinated or recovered).
For children applies:
*Children 5 years and under there are no entry rules.
*From 6 to 12 years + 3 months, PCR tests are valid for 72 hours and a fully taped Ninja Pass from the schools is also valid as proof of entry on weekends.
*For children from 12 years + 3 months - approx. 15 years (end of compulsory schooling) the 2.5G rule (vaccinated, recovered, PCR tested) applies. For this age group, PCR tests are valid for 48 hours and can also be proven via the Ninja Pass during the week.
Our cancellation policy applies to your booking except there are further legal restrictions or quarantine regulations. Therefore we kindly advise you to stay up-to-date about possible travel restrictions from and to your home country.
Hand disinfection is available in all public areas and please wear an FFP2 mask. An FFP2 mask must also be worn in all public transport and in shops. Reception is partitioned off with a plexiglass wall, which allows us to ensure safe check-in and check-out procedures. All surfaces are regularly disinfected and all premises are ventilated.
Our delicious organic breakfast takes place as usual. We kindly ask that upon arrival at the breakfast room you wait for a staff member to seat you. At present, we have positioned each table to have a minimum distance of 2 meter; each table is disinfected after each use.
In conclusion we do have one request: Please treat each other with respect so that we may continue to travel. Therefore, we kindly ask everyone who stays with us to adhere to the current safety measures in place, i.e. observe social distancing and regularly and thoroughly wash your hands.
Should you have any suggestions or desires regarding this, please share them with our reception team at any time. We look forward to welcoming you!
