Last week, we have already invited you to a romantic fullmoon boating on the Old Danube. But we have also announced that Vienna still has much more to offer, especially in September. The international appreciated Viennese wine culture can be experienced perfectly on a mild late summer’s day, for instance. This is even fun for the whole family, because also the kids will find their highlights, of course! Vienna Wine Hiking Day Truly unique for a major city, Vienna possesses more than 700 hectares of wine-growing areas - the green vegetated gardens and hills form a wonderful setting. This scenery can be perfectly explored at the traditional Wine Hiking Day. On September, the 30th from 10 to 18 o'clock you will get the chance to discover the popular Viennese wine culture on three different trails with a total distance of 25 kilometres at first hand.
