The Artisan Food Collective is a joint initiative of food traders in Vienna, which wants to promote street food in Austria’s capital. On a regular basis events are hosted in Vienna by the Artisan Food Collective . The next so-called Diners Club will be hosted on June 19th in the Ottakringer Brewery, not far away from the Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. The Street Food Traders are very careful with the usage of their ingredients, as they use lots of bio-products in order to also pay attention to the sustainability of their products.
Artisan Food Collective Diners Club #5 on June 19th 2015
On June 19th 2015 the fifth Artisan Food Collective Diners Club will be hosted and will offer finest street food. Even though the “Line Up” of Food Stands is not official yet (updates can be seen on the Facebook Event), a great offer of street food – from tasty burger to wraps and international dishes – is guaranteed. The whole event is accompanied by chilled beats and the atmosphere will again be very authentic and charming. This time the Artisan Food Collective Diners Club is hosted in the Ottakringer Brewery, a spectacular venue not far from our central hotel in Vienna.
Tasty street food on a sustainable basis
What we like best is that street food traders pay attention to the origin and the sustainability of their products. The food trucks and food stands at the fifth Diners Club will again count on biological ingredients. For example, the Wrapstars sell their bio-wraps in order to “improve the world wrap by wrap”. Home-made sauces are included as well. The Burgers of Hy-Kitchen do not only have great taste, but are also based on bio-ingredients and bio-meat. Nutritionist and food truck owner Minica Kranner also uses home-made sauces and her home-made brioche buns. Whover cannot check out these food trucks on June 19th at the Ottakringer Brewery, should take a look at their tour plan on Facebook.
