On the 7th of June 2012 the open air Summer Night Concert by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra takes place at the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace. The concert is at free admission and you can enjoy a fabulous event at a beautiful and unique ambience. This year it will be conducted by Gustavo Dudamel, the principal conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, the Goteburg Symphony Orchestra and the Simón Bolivar Symphony Orchestra. The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra wants to show the beauty of classical music to everybody.
Our tip: come early to get a seat, or bring blankets to sit on the ground!

The concert is at free admission and you can enjoy a fabulous event at a beautiful and unique ambience. This year it will be conducted by Valery Gergiev, the Artistic Director of the Mariinski Theater in St. Petersburg. The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra wants to show everybody the beauty of classical music with this concert.
