Wiener Eistraum – ice skating in Vienna’s city centre
13. JanExperience Vienna differently; Ice skating in Vienna’s historical centre! Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Rathaus (town hall) and Burgtheater while skating around on 7000m2 of ice. There are music, culinary delights and children’s entertainment and you can rent ice skates and lockers. In the evening our Rathaus is beautifully lit and ice-skating becomes a fun activity for both, children and adults.

11. JanICHM runs the show! From January 28th to January 29th 2012 a class of international hotel management students will run our Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. While the hotel owner Michaela Reitterer invites her staff members to spend a weekend together, celebrating a late Christmas party, the class of MODUL Tourismus Schulen Wien will be doing our job of happily serving breakfast to our guests, helping with information, check in and check out at the Reception, making sure all technical amenities work as they should, as well as assuring cleanliness and a homely atmosphere. more details
Vienna’s ball season 2012
9. JanVienna is not only known for its coffee culture, Sachertorte and the Lippizzaner, but it is also popular for the many glamorous balls.
More than 300 take place each year from November to March when the city of waltz enjoys long nights in luxurious surroundings. The highlights of the ball season take place in January and February offering programmes for the young and the older generations.

31. DezA great year is coming to an end here at Boutiquehotel Stadthalle!
We experienced a lot, worked hard, supported each other and created and implemented a lot of new ideas! We have learnt a lot and our team grew. Together we continued to walk the green innovative path! But most important: we have always tried to do our best for our guests.
We would like to thank our guests who have visited us and encouraged us with their positive and honest feedback. Our guests’ input has always been valued and together we managed to continuously improve our service and offering.
We are looking forward to the new year 2012 and hope we will be able to welcome you again in our hotel!

STOMP – a show of rhythm

STOMP is a show of 8 individual strong personalities whose main common interest is rhythm. Their tightly choreographed shows are stunning and the rhythm that is created with items that can be found on the street, in a building, on a construction site such as garbage bins combined with creative and active moves.
Shaolin Kung Fu
14. DezFor more than 1500 years the monks of Shaolin have been recognized as the masters of kung fu. They practice their exercises to perfection in their monastery at the foot of mount Song Shan. Their exercises can help influence the body’s energy flow Qi so that the monks do not feel pain for a few moments or can help the body heal quickly.
Christmas in Vienna
8. DezChristmas in Vienna is one of the most well known Christmas concerts in Vienna. 150 musicians of the St.Florian Boys’ Choir, the Vienna Sing-academy and the orchestra make this evening a very special one. Traditional Christmas songs such as “Silent night” are played, but also international traditional, as well as modern Christmas songs are presented by international soloists such as Ramòn Vargas, Liliana Nikiteanu. This year the music presented will have Austrian, Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian, British, American, Mexican and also Japanese background.
