Vienna Pride 2013

“Vienna Pride“ and “Rainbow Parade” are the highlights of the gay and lesbian in Vienna.

The Pride Village will take place this year at Heldenplatz between the 11^th and the16^th of June 2013. The “Pride Village” offers a mix of culture, show, cuisine, information and party.

The gay and lesbian community will fight for solidarity, tolerance, acceptance and equal rights.

“Vienna Pride” will be held under the motto „United in Pride“: the motto represents the pride of every human being regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Vienna Festival Weeks 2013

The “Vienna Festival Weeks” is a cultural festival in Vienna, which takes place during five weeks between May and June each year. The opening of the Vienna Festival Weeks traditionally takes place at Rathausplatz: about 41 productions from 36 countries will be shown during the five weeks.

Wachau Gourmet Festival 2013

The 6th Edition of the successful “Wachau Gourmet Festival” is a culinary highlight that will take place from the 4th to 18th of April 2013.

Star chefs from Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK and Denmark will boil with 15 Michelin stars in the Wachau. In addition, visitors can take part in a gourmet safari.
On the 9th of April 30 guests will open the culinary safari through the Wachau by bus. A course and a top wine will be served per station.Who wants to visit one of the gourmet events, should reserve a place in time, because the number of participants in all events is limited.
