Boutiquehotel Stadthalle offers 80 rooms, 38 of which are located in our newly constructed passive building. The passive building was added to the main building in 2009. It achieves a zero-energy balance over the period of one year. The rooms in the passive building are all designed in a similar way, with the exception of textiles. There were too many beautiful colors for us to only pick one, so we decided that each floor should have textiles in different colors.

The rooms in our passive building are equipped with a modern ventilation system, and guarantee fresh air from the garden. All rooms have modern bathrooms integrated into their floor plans. The passive building offers the following room types:

The other 42 hotel rooms are located in our main building. It was constructed around 1900, and was renovated during the construction of the passive house in 2009. Guests can relax in individually designed rooms, each offering its own size, style and charm.

You can explore this part of the hotel and discover a different room each time you stay with us, because they are all designed in different themes – no one room is like the other.

The two halves of our hotel are connected through the cozy hotel lobby, a comfortable breakfast room and the beautiful garden. The garden is special to us and our guests. In summer, you can enjoy your breakfast or a refreshing drink there. Families also love our courtyard, where even the youngest of our guests can play and enjoy their vacation.

Rooms in either part of the hotel are available in two different categories:

Classic rooms face the quiet Hackengasse and

Garden rooms face our calm and beautiful garden or lavender roof.
